Mt Cook Pharma. Inc. is a Princeton, NJ-based company that is focused on the clinical development of new drugs to treat Urological disorders and other select indications. Our lead products are novel, first in class, small molecules that address unmet medical needs in the control and function of patient’s bladders. As the global population ages, diseases of the bladder and other conditions may become increasingly common and will represent large potential markets.

Incorporated in May 2006, the Company has a diverse portfolio of compounds that leverage two decades of scientific research and an extensive Intellectual Property estate which includes novel composition of matter patents.

The company has three separate programs in clinical development. Two of the clinical stage compounds and one of the preclinical compounds are for Urological conditions. The other compounds in the portfolio interact with the same family of receptors, but have profiles useful outside of Urology, such as acute and chronic pain, cardio-protection, Parkinson’s disease and depression.

Given the breadth of the portfolio, the Company will pursue a multi-pronged strategy of internal development and partnerships to create additional shareholder value.
